4. Do not allow the PTFE conveyor belt to snake or crawl, and be agile around the connecting drag rollers and vertical rollers, with moderate tension.
5. The PTFE conveyor belt should be placed in a tray without expansion or contraction, and should be rolled once every quarter when stored for a long time.
6. Cleanliness is the fundamental standard for the high-quality operation of Teflon conveyor belts. External residues can harm the operation of the straps, causing directional deviation, uneven support, and even cracking.
7. The diameter of the transfer roller of the PTFE conveyor belt should match the smaller pulley diameter of the conveyor belt according to the relevant classification.
When it is found in the application that the transportation of Teflon contains early damage conditions, the notice should be searched immediately, and the damaged location should be repaired in time to avoid the occurrence of poor results.
Precautions to be followed during the operation of Teflon high-temperature resistant conveyor belts:
1. The Teflon mesh belt can only be put into the drying oven after being prepared in advance. The bright red display light indicates that the box has been heated. When the temperature reaches the controlled temperature, the green light will turn off and the signal light will light up, starting to maintain a constant temperature.
2. In a drying oven with a fan, the blower motor must not be left open during the entire heating and constant temperature process, otherwise it will endanger the uniformity of the studio temperature and damage the heating components.
3. When it is required to investigate the sample situation in the work room, the PTFE mesh belt can be equipped with an open external tailgate, which can be used for research through a glass sliding door. But it is better to avoid opening the tailgate as much as possible to prevent harm to the constant temperature.
4. The drying box of Teflon high-temperature conveyor with electric contact liquid mercury thermometer type temperature controller should lead the two transmission lines of the electric contact thermometer to the two terminals on the top of the box. After adjusting the electric contact liquid mercury thermometer to the required temperature, tighten the screw on the steel cap to reach the constant temperature destination. However, it is essential to note that the marked iron should not be rotated outside the scale during adjustment.
