Methods and techniques for adjusting the deviation of Teflon conveyor belts
Note that at the beginning of installation, the conveyor belt will definitely deviate. The direction of the conveyor belt is: loose, not tight, not high, not low
After installing all conveyor belts, they will run off immediately after starting up, so it is necessary to adjust:
The main steps are as follows
(1) Firstly, the operating speed of the machine should be reduced to the minimum. When it is first started, please jog it.
(2) Start up - detect conveyor belt deviation - stop - bring conveyor belt back to its original position (manually pull the conveyor belt back to its original position) - adjust deviation - restart - detect deviation - stop again - bring conveyor back to its original position - adjust deviation - start up... Special attention: when starting up, please jog and stop 2-3 seconds after starting up.
Runaway adjustment techniques:
① The driving wheel, also known as the driving wheel, or the driving drum; [The driving wheel/driving wheel is the wheel with an electric motor]
② The passive wheel, also known as the driven wheel, or the driven drum
Firstly, equipment inspection before installation:
(1) Use a level to level the driving and driven wheels. Ensure that the driving and driven wheels are in a horizontal position. (2) The driving wheel and the driven wheel must not be one end large and one end small, and must be straight.
Secondly, adjusting the deviation of the conveyor belt
Install the conveyor belt (note: at least 2 people are required during installation, preferably 3-4 people). At the beginning of installation, do not be too tight, as long as it does not slip. Try to make the distance between the left end of the driving wheel and the driven wheel equal to the distance between the right end of the driving wheel and the driven wheel.
How to do it? Tip: Wrap a rope around the left end of the driving wheel and the driven wheel, make a mark, and then move the rope between the right end of the driving wheel and the driven wheel. Adjust the distance between the right wheel according to the left distance. (Simply put, it requires that the distance between the left and right ends of the driving wheel and the driven wheel be the same.)
Runaway adjustment: Note that at the beginning, the motor should be operated at low speed. If any deviation is found, the machine should be stopped immediately. Runaway: It must be running towards a loose area, the conveyor belt will run towards whichever side is loose!!
Adjustment technique: Prioritize adjusting the driving wheel, where the driving wheel is equivalent to the head and the driven wheel is equivalent to the tail. The task of 90% deviation is adjusted through the active wheels. When adjusting the driving wheel, do not adjust the driven wheel. Otherwise, balance cannot be found.
If the conveyor belt deviates to the right, it indicates that the right side is loose. At this time, we need to turn the right side of the driving wheel outward (i.e. tighten the right side), but we must not adjust it too much at once. It is best to adjust it a few millimeters (1-2 threads) each time, and at the same time, the left side of the driving wheel should be adjusted in the opposite direction by the same amount (i.e. loosen the left side by the same amount). Then, turn on the machine and run it. If you still find that it is running off track, continue to follow this method. Don't rush! Especially for those who are not proficient in adjusting the conveyor belt, the amplitude should be small each time. Special reminder: The left and right ends of the wheels should be adjusted simultaneously, with opposite directions and the same adjustment amplitude.
If the conveyor belt deviates to the left, it indicates that the left side is loose. At this time, we need to pull the left side of the driving wheel (drive wheel) outward (i.e. tighten the left side), but
