The Fear

“As soon as fear approaches near, Attack and destroy it” is what Chanakya says!! As an human being we live with so much fear around us that it’s nearly impossible to destroy the scary feeling that we keep getting day by day. We know that we have one life to live and we should live it fearlessly and there are people who do live like that and me myself would like to live the same way someday. The fear that I am talking about is the fear that stops you from doing everything that you ever wanted, the fear that was cultivated in your heart when you were growing up and today it has become part of your life. They say that life starts at the end of your comfort zone but how much are we willing to come out if it? To take that step in life is so difficult, No doubt fear controls our mind so much as to that we have stop living for ourselves.

The fear of loneliness makes us cling to people who doesn’t respect or value us – I think this is the story of so many of us ,we often become friends with people whom we don’t like or whom we are not compatible with so that we don’t end up being lonely. We accept whoever comes in our life and try to cling on to that new friend for everything, if the friendship works out its great but if it doesn’t it often leads us with disappointments.

The fear of failure never lets us take the step towards the success – How many of us wanted to become an entrepreneur or apply for the dream job that we ever wanted? But how many of times did we actually did something to achieve that? We often fear what if this thing doesn’t work out and you may end up losing whatever you have, with that sad feeling we often let our dreams die.

The fear of rejection lets us to be unhappy always – Fearing that the person you love or like may never accept you, you never expressed your real feeling to them and eventually ended up losing them. You like some dress or style but you are afraid that people will never accept you in that style, we end up not trying it. You always wanted to tell your partner to try bungee jumping with you but thinking that she/he might reject the idea you never took on your dream adventure. You had the opportunity to interview for your dream position but you thought you will be rejected and you never even tried applying for it.

The fear of hurting – We always want that everyone should be happy with us and in this process we end up doing things that we regret in our life. Becoming an engineer just because you can’t say NO to your parents where as you wanted to become a dancer. Similarly marrying someone that you don’t like cause you can’t see your parents heart been broken over your NO. You work hard giving all your life up just to buy 60 inch TV that your spouse demanded. In this process of not hurting someone we forget that we are hurting our soul and heart. I am not saying that we should become non emotional person and should not care about other’s feeling but if something is giving you pain or making you suffer is when you should learn to say no to it.

The fear of not being love again makes us not to accept reality – You were once in a relationship that made you feel like Heaven!! And now its broken and you think that the world is over and nobody will ever love you anymore, so what you do? You start becoming that needy person trying to win your love back. You ignore everything wrong that your partner does no matter how hard it is hurting you. No matter how much painful their behavior is, no matter how much insult you are facing, you still stand by that person because you think you will never ever get love again.

I am no Osho Or Rhonda Bryne to suggest anything to anyone. Like you I am a girl with my own experiences. I have been disappointed, heartbroken and have experienced every pain that one could possibly go through. I know the fear is terrible but the truth is that unless you face it you will never overcome it. Taking that one step is fearful but you will have to be fearless in life because if not you, nobody else will.

Hope You like this article of mine!! Till than ..happy weekend!!

Hello! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any problems with hackers?
My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing many months of hard
work due to no data backup. Do you have any methods to stop hackers?

Its like you read my mind! You appear to know a lot about this, like you wrote the book in it or something.
I think that you could do with some pics to drive the message home a bit, but instead of that, this is wonderful blog.
An excellent read. I will certainly be back.
